Mr. Tang studied mathematics at Peking University, and gained a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of the South (Sewanee) in the US. In 2018, he was awarded the honorary doctorate degree of the University of the South (Sewanee) for his outstanding achievements in the fintech field. During his early career, Mr. Tang joined Wall Street investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on IPO, bond issuance and M&A in the areas of financial services, telecommunications, media and technology.
Mr. Tang founded CreditEase in Beijing in 2006. After efforts of 15 years, CreditEase has grown into a fintech conglomerate engaging in inclusive finance and wealth management. On December 18, 2015, CreditEase listed its online credit technology and wealth management technology subsidiary, Yiren Digital, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:YRD), the first fintech company IPO from China in the global capital markets.
Mr. Tang serves as the member of Specialized Committee for Funds of Funds of China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, Global Leadership Committee of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Shanghai Finance Institute, International Technology Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, The Wall Street Journal CEO Council and Fortune CEO Initiative as well as the financial advisor of Xi'an Municipal People's Government and the executive director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association.
Neal Cross is a globally recognized corporate, social and start-up entrepreneur with a long track record across blue-chip technology, finance and data companies. He is currently co-founder and chairman of PictureWealth, one of the world’s fastest growing wealth fintech companies and serves on the advisory board of Razer Fintech. Prior to this, Cross was the Chief Innovation Officer at DBS Bank, where in his tenure he drove their transformation into a global innovation powerhouse culminating in achieving the world’s best Digital Bank 2016 and 2018 and worlds best bank 3 times across 2018 and 2019. He has personally been awarded the world’s most disruptive CIO/CTO globally from judges Sir Richard Branson and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and is a regular winner of best innovation lab and innovation leader awards.
Mr. Kersman is a managing director and head of PIMCO Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for setting strategic direction for the region and leading a team of PIMCO professionals to deliver investment solutions and service to Asia-Pacific clients. He is an elected member of the firm's managing director selection committee. He was previously head of strategic accounts for PIMCO’s U.S. global wealth management business and before that, the head of PIMCO’s Latin America business. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2005, Mr. Kersman worked at BBVA’s pension fund in Argentina, where he focused on product and business development. He has 20 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a J.D. degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Mr. Tiwari is an executive vice president in the Newport Beach office and heads PIMCO’s client solutions efforts in the Americas. In addition, he is the lead product strategist for PIMCO’s global asset allocation and alternative risk premia offerings. As a senior member of PIMCO's client solutions and analytics group, he focuses on constructing bespoke multi-asset solutions and advises both institutional and high net worth investors. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, Mr. Tiwari held roles in investment banking, venture investing, product management, and engineering. He has 19 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette.
Charles-Henry Monchau is CIO and CCO at Flowbank where he brings 25 years of international experience in multi-asset investing. Before joining, Charles-Henry held senior roles at Dubai Investments (CIO), Deutsche bank (Head of Asset Allocation EMEA), EFG Bank (CIO Europe), Rothschild Bank AG in Zurich, Lombard Odier (Geneva and Paris) and BNP Paribas (Geneva and Nassau). He was also an adjunct professor in Finance at the IUG and HES Kalaidos both in Geneva. Charles has an Executive MBA from Instituto di Empresa (Madrid & Shanghai), a MSc in Finance from HEC Geneva and graduated from MIT Sloan (Blockchain technologies), London School of Economics (Real Estate) and Oxford Said (Venture Capital). He is also a CFA, CMT, CAIA and CIIA charterholder.
Christophe Roupie joined MarketAxess in March 2017 as CEO of EMEA and APAC. In this role, Christophe is responsible for the international growth of the trading, data, and post-trade business groups at MarketAxess, including driving the firm’s global expansion into new and emerging markets.
He was previously Global Head of Trading and Securities Financing for AXA Investment Managers. While at AXA, he managed trading teams in Paris, London, Hong Kong and Greenwich, CT across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, repo and stock lending. Prior to this, Christophe was the Global Head of Fixed Income Trading at Natixis Asset Management.
Christophe started his career as an inter-dealer broker with Tradition. Throughout his career, he has been an advocate for electronic trading and market transparency as critical components of competitive, efficient and liquid fixed income markets globally.
Henry Chui is a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong where he leads the build out of all wealth distribution channels across Asia Pacific to deliver investment solutions for clients.
Henry joined Nuveen in 2020 and prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President and Head of Private Banking for North Asia at PIMCO where he was a key member of the build out of the region's wealth management business, which became one of the largest business lines for Asia Pacific, and led a team of client facing professionals to cover the largest private banks in the region. During his time at PIMCO, Henry also co-chaired the Asia products working group, the new vehicle working group, and led the associate promotion committee. Prior to PIMCO, he has worked at Invesco and Schroders also covering wealth management clients and entered the industry in 2007.
Henry holds of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and holds the CFA designation.

Kathlyn Collins is an ESG Analyst at Matthews Asia. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Kathlyn worked as an ESG & Global Strategy Analyst with Cartica Management LLC where she developed ESG integration and analyzed investments for portfolios, conducted company research and engagement, and wrote reports relating to Emerging Markets. She earned an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and an M.A. in Italian Studies from Middlebury College in Florence, Italy. Kathlyn has a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, Italian Language, Literature & Culture from Syracuse University. She has been part of the faculty for the International Corporate Governance Network’s (ICGN) ESG integration course and is a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential holder. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and speaks Italian and Spanish.
Mandy Lee, Director, is Head of Singapore Private Banks within the Southeast Asia Client Business Group, where she oversees private banking relationships in Asia ex Japan. She is responsible for driving sales for products across mutual funds, iShares ETFs, private equity, hedge funds and other tailor-made solutions by BlackRock.
Ms Lee's service with the firm dates back to 2012 when she joined as part of the iShares distribution team, delivering ETF solutions to private bank clients in Asia ex Japan region. She then joined the Singapore retail distribution team focusing on building and managing relationship with Singapore retail distributors. Prior to this, Ms Lee worked as a Treasury Sales within HSBC Global Markets and structured product sales with Macquarie Bank in Hong Kong and London.
Paras is the Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific, at Fidelity International. He is responsible for working across all asset classes to determine regional priorities, catalyse innovation and represent the function to external bodies such as regulators and policy makers.
Paras also currently manages the Emerging Markets and Australian Equity portfolio management teams, as well as leading global initiatives such as systematic investment strategies and use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence in the investment process. He also has responsibility globally for Sustainable Investing, Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets.
Paras joined the company in 2012 as CIO Equities, Europe. During this time, he helped form the women’s network which has over time become Fidelity 4 Everyone and today encompasses the broader D&I agenda including LGBT and remains close to the program as an LGBT ally. Paras is also the co-sponsor of Fidelity’s Corporate Sustainability programme which sets the strategy for improving the organisations performance across all aspects of ESG.
Paras currently lives in Singapore but grew up in the UK. Despite focusing principally on arts subject academically, he became interested in investments through his mother, who was a Japanese Equity fund manager. As Paras started his investment career, he realised having an arts background helped with understanding of market psychology as well as shifts in business dynamics and incorporated this as part of his investment process as a European Equity fund manager.
Paras believes decision making under uncertainty is always done best by developing teams with diverse views leveraging the insights that can come from different backgrounds, different cultures and unique life experiences. Critical to managing diverse teams is creating an environment of psychological safety where individuals feel well supported and are their authentic selves.
Mr. William Ma, CAIA, CFA with over 18 years of industry experience, was the Chief Investment Officer of Noah Holdings (NOAH:NYSE) and the Chief Investment Officer of Gopher Asset Management, the asset management arm of Noah. Gopher is the largest multi-asset multi-strategy asset management company in China with USD23 billion AUM and 220 professionals. As CIO of Noah and Gopher, he is responsible for overseeing all investment management, asset allocation and investment products due diligence of combined USD80 billion of asset. He also actively manages the discretionary mandates and China domestic public market funds, and won the prestige Golden Bull Award - Best Domestic Fund of Hedge Funds in China in 2018, Best overseas discretionary China mandates in 2019, as well as numerous awards from InvestHedge, HFM and AsianInvestor.
Mr. Ma was the Foreign Expert QDLP Review Committee Member for the Shanghai Municipal Government Financial Service Department since 2012, the judge panel of Eurekahedge Asian Hedge Fund Awards since 2016, the APAC Committee Member of SBAI (Standard Board of Alternative Investment) since 2019, and Board Member of CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) Association since 2020.
Before joining Noah in 2015, Mr. Ma was the CIO of Gottex Penjing Asset Management (GPAM), the Asia asset management arm of Gottex Fund Management, a Swiss-listed alternative investment management firm with peak AUM of USD22 billion. At GPAM, Mr. Ma managed a team of 20 investment professionals in Asia, and was the lead portfolio manager of all of Gottex’s Asian fund of hedge funds. Prior to joining GPAM in 2012, Mr. Ma was co-founder and Portfolio Manager of Penjing Asset Management managing the industry’s first Asian funds of hedge funds since 2005. Before co-founding Penjing, he worked at Vision Investment Management (Asia) Ltd specializing in Asian hedge funds due diligence. Previously, he served as a research analyst at HT Capital Management Ltd, a Pan Asia Equity Long/Short hedge fund management firm in 2003. Mr. Ma joined the investment industry in Merrill Lynch’s San Francisco office in 2001.
With over 16 years of track record, Mr. Ma won over 16 industry awards: Golden Bull Award - Best overseas discretionary China mandates in 2019, Golden Bull Award - Best Domestic Fund of Hedge Funds in China in 2018, The Asset Triple A Fund Management Award – Manager of the Year (Fund of Hedge Funds) in 2015, HFM Asia Hedge Fund Performance Award - Fund of Hedge Funds Long Term Performance (5 years) Award in 2014, HFMWeek Asia Performance Award – Fund of Hedge Funds Specialist in 2013 and 2012, in addition to multiple awards received from InvestHedge, AsianInvestor and Asia Asset Management between 2004 – 2010.
Mr. Ma received his BEng (EESE) from the University of Hong Kong and his MBA in Finance and E-Commerce from the University of San Francisco and was invited to Peking University in Beijing as an exchange student representative in the Beijing International MBA (BiMBA) program in 2002. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charterholder, and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
